Aécio vence rigorosamente todos os embates com Dilma nesta sexta; tucano faz na Globo o melhor debate da série, e Dilma, o pior
Nunca antes na história desta eleição o tucano Aécio Neves tinha se saído tão bem num debate, e a petista Dilma Rousseff, tão mal. Ele é, nem petista pode negar, um debatedor mais competente do que ela, mas a desproporção jamais havia sido tão gritante. No encontro da Globo, Aécio foi melhor do que a média de Aécio, e Dilma, pior do que a média de Dilma. A presidente-candidata estava com o raciocínio confuso, mais do que de hábito, o discurso lhe saía truncado, as ideias, aos borbotões, sem um eixo organizador. Se é assim que ela pensa no dia a dia da administração, muita coisa se explica.
Dilma, a rigor, levou um direto no queixo logo no primeiro embate, ficou atordoada e não conseguiu mais se recuperar. O tucano abordou a reportagem publicada por VEJA, segundo a qual o doleiro Alberto Yussef confessou à Polícia Federal e ao Ministério Público que ela e Lula sabiam das lambanças ocorridas na Petrobras. O candidato do PSDB disse que daria a Dilma a chance de se explicar e perguntou: “A senhora sabia?” Dilma resolveu atacar a revista VEJA e anunciou que tomará decisões na Justiça. Na réplica, Aécio lamentou a resposta, criticou a sordidez dos ataques de que foi vítima e indagou se a adversária se orgulhava da campanha que fez. Dilma não respondeu; tartamudeou. O massacre se anunciava. Não vai aqui, acreditem, torcida ou juízo ditado por afinidades eletivas. Revejam o confronto. Dilma não conseguiu vencer um único embate.
Sobre a “questão VEJA”, uma nota rápida: neste sábado, outros grandes veículos de comunicação fazem relatos parecidos, alguns até com detalhes novos. A exemplo do que faz a revista, atribuem as informações a Alberto Youssef, fornecidas no curso da delação premiada. Dilma pretende processar todos eles ou tem especial predileção por VEJA?
Notem: acho que os petistas podem destacar aspectos virtuosos de sua gestão ao longo de 12 anos. Não estão no terceiro mandato, com chances reais de conquistar o quarto, porque só cometam equívocos. Por que, então, precisam apelar com tanta determinação ao que não aconteceu, atribuindo aos adversários o que não fizeram? Resposta: porque esse é e sempre foi o jogo de Lula; o jeito que ele tem de fazer política.
Dilma disse que FHC deixou como herança uma inflação maior do que a que herdou — é falso! Que o governo (de novo!) tucano proibiu a construção de escolas técnicas. É falso. Atribuiu ao PSDB a responsabilidade por Minas ser a segunda unidade da Federação mais endividada do país. É falso. A dívida é a segunda, mas a gestão do partido, que pegou o Estado quebrado, reduziu o endividamento em 37%. A presidente-candidata disse ainda que os tucanos não têm apreço pelo salário mínimo. É falso. Nas gestões FHC, o aumento real passou de 85%. Segundo Dilma, seus adversários são contra o Enem. Ocorre que ele foi criado na gestão Paulo Renato — ministro de Educação de FHC. A petista voltou a chamar as ETECs de São Paulo, nas quais se inspira o Pronatec, de escolas experimentais. Falso! São 217 escolas, com 221 mil alunos.
Dilma levou algumas invertidas inesperadas porque o adversário já conhecia a resposta e tinha planejado o contra-ataque. Aécio perguntou se ela continuava a achar José Dirceu um herói ou se considerava justa a punição que lhe foi aplicada. A presidente-candidata fez o que dela se esperava: devolveu com o que chama de “mensalão mineiro”. Coube ao tucano o arremate: um dos coordenadores da campanha da petista em Minas é Walfrido dos Mares Guia, peça-chave do que ela chama mensalão mineiro. Então Dilma acredita que esse tal crime aconteceu, mas chama seu principal organizador para a coordenação de sua candidatura em Minas?
O momento emblemático se deu no confronto sobre a corrupção. Um dos indecisos quis saber o que era preciso fazer para combatê-la. Cada candidato elencou as suas medidas e coisa e tal, mas Aécio partiu para a política: a mais eficaz das medidas, disse ele, é mesmo tirar o PT do poder.
Dilma perdeu feio até quando parecia que poderia ganhar. Quando se debate a questão das aposentadorias, Aécio afirmou que pretende criar um meio de acabar com o fator previdenciário. Mais uma vez, convidou Dilma para o corpo a corpo, e ela foi, afoita: afirmou que o dito-cujo foi criado no governo FHC. É verdade. E Aécio concordou. Só que ele lembrou que o Congresso aprovou o fim do fator, mas que Lula vetou. Xeque-mate.
Quantos votos o bom desempenho num debate muda ou conquista? Ninguém sabe. O fato é que Aécio está no segundo turno, contra a previsão de todos os institutos de pesquisa. E foi, sem dúvida, o melhor debatedor da jornada. Venceu o embate. Vamos ver agora o que acontece nas urnas. Para encerrar: o debate da Globo teve quase audiência de novela: 30 pontos. Foi um banquete para os indecisos.
Caso os principais institutos de pesquisa voltem a cometer erros gritantes, já dispõem de uma boa desculpa: foi o debate da Globo que mudou tudo!

Aetius rigorously wins all encounters with Rousseff on Friday; Toucan is the best debate in the Globe series, and Dilma, the worst
Never before in the history of this election toucan Aetius Neves had fared so well in a debate, and the PT Dilma Rousseff, so badly. He is, nor PT can deny, a more competent debater than her, but the disproportion had never been so stark. At the meeting of the Globe, Aetius was better than the average of Aetius, and Dilma, worse than the average of Dilma.
